The service tech was very knowledgable and had the required parts to fix it on his van. He was thorough, professional and left the machine and his work area clean and in order. Company was very responsive to my inquiry regarding the purchase of a natural gas generator. They came out and did a site evaluation and soon after sent me an estimate. They were very patient in explaining the estimate and process to me. Three crews came: to set the generator, plumbing and electricians. They were all very professional and pleasant. When the installation was complete, I was given a full hands on explanation. It was a good experience. These generators are not cheap, but they will put your mind at ease.
